In addition to our ongoing commitment to creating a beautiful, thoughtful product range the studio also works collaboratively and to commission.
We have worked with brands such as The White Company and The Times as well as architects and art agencies to create innovative and bespoke projects. If you have a project in mind please get in touch to discuss your ideas.
The White Company commissioned a series of 30 textile panels for their flagship Marylebone High Street store in January 2016. The final collection comprised of hand dyed and screen printed pieces alongside three dimensional felt panels to add texture and contrast.
The Floating cinema is collaborative project that took to London's waterways in June 2011. Conceived by Up projects and designed by Studio Weave, I was commissioned to design and make the structural blackout curtains that would shroud the seating area during screenings. I also worked with Simon Jones designing and making cushions for his innovative folding seats. The boat has now transformed into the Bow Boat company and the curtains and cushions are still happily travelling the London canals!
These digitally printed curtains were commissioned for a waterside property in Greenwich, with a brief that asked me to be inspired by the surrounding area. I used my 'line' print to bring a sense of movement and an abstraction of the familiar imagery of the River Thames.
